CARE AND CLEANING

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations are celebrated and expected.

Handmade with care, our products embrace slight variations, adding to their individual charm and beauty.

Please note that this handcrafted rug is made from 100% natural wool fibers, and as such,may experience shedding during the initial few months of use. This shedding is normal and should gradually diminish with regular vacuuming.

For routine maintenance, we recommend vacuuming your rug regularly to help reduce shedding and keep it looking its best. Best is to use a cloth and possibly a toothbrush or any similar small brush in case of stains.Gently brush along the fiber. Sprinkling some baking soda onto a stain afterwards can ensure that extra moisture is absorbed away from the fibers.

Following these care instructions will help preserve the beauty and quality of your

handcrafted wool rug for years to come.

We would suggest getting your rug professionally cleaned every few years for maintenance.

Zouzou Rugs are all made from New Zealand wool, bamboo silk, or a combination of both.They are hand-tufted with compositions influenced by various artists, or created in collaborations with designers. Our rugs can be customized to fit your space, coming in three different sizes to suit your needs. Just ask, we do the rest.

All are short-run, limited editions. Meaning once that design sells out no more will be made. Designed in Australia, made in India.
